Clinical observation of Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin treatment for chronic sinusitis

【Objective】 To observe the effect of Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin on chronic sinusitis in clinical treatment. 【Methods】 58 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups: 29 cases were treated with Roxithromycin(0.15 g twice a day), and 29 cases were treated with Roxithromycin combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid(10 mL three times a day). The symptoms of patients were evaluated after 3 months treatment. 【Results】 The difference was significant between the group treated with Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin and the group treated with Roxithromycin alone(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 The treatment with Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin is efficient and worth recommendation to the primary hospital.
