The Establishment and Legal Guarantee of Social Credit System

Nowadays,the credit is seriously lack in our country,we are in dire need of setting up a social credit system which both according to the international rules and compatible with the situation of China.So we have to legislate Data Opening and Protection Law,at the same time,appropriately amend the Consumers' Protection Law and set up a series of regulations of supervision and management on credit industry,under the instruction of idea of economic law,which is substantive justice under the economical socialization conditions.At the same time,we also have to form a complete framework of credit legal system to guarantee the successful establishment and well-balanced operation of social credit system of our country.
