Abstract
Chemical industry had the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,inflammable and explosive,corrosive and so on. In view of the chemical production process and common security problems,it was particularly important to explore the effective measures of risk control and development of chemical production safety technology. The safety problems in the process of chemical production were analyzed and evaluated with HAZOP( Hazard and operability study),and then the safety operation requirements were proposed. Compared with the traditional chemical production,the present chemical production had greater predictability and security. These safety operation requirements provided technical support and assurance for the safety of the chemical production.
