Abstract
Objective Based on the investigation and analysis of the first case of human infection with avian influenza A( H7N9),to study the application effect of field epidemiology on emergency disposal about human infection with avian influenza. Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out on a case of human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9),and his close contacts were observed medically. The subtype of viral nucleic acid was identified by RT- PCR. Results The patient was a confirmed cases of avian influenza A( H7N9). Before onset of the disease,the patient had been exposed to the poultry. Exposed to poultry from H7N9 affected areas may be the infected source. Conclusion Being fxposed to live poultry markets may be the infected risk factor,and importing poultry from H7N9 affected areas raised the risk.
