A Study on Distributed Skywave Over-the-horizon Radar

Recent development and research in skywave over-the-horizon radar and multi-input multi-output(MIMO) system has been addressed.From the analysis,the task requirement and technique system of distributed skywave over-the-horizon radar have been discussed in detail.The system architecture and two types of configuration schedule are given.The functions such as resource assignment and information fusion have been designed.For the technical problems,the technical developing approach with three stages and the purpose of each stage have been proposed.Finally,the key techniques have been summarized.
