Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore the synergistic effect of Trichoderma and endophytic bacteria against muskmelon wilt.[Method] The control effects of Trichoderma T23 and Ta22 combined with endophytic bacteria B6 and B20-006 against muskmelon wilt were studied under in vitro and in vivo conditions.[Result] Relative control effects of combined treatments of B6+T23 and B20-006+Ta22 against muskmelon wilt were 82.2% and 81.0% respectively in pot, which were higher than single treatment with Trichoderma T23 and Ta22 or endophytic bacteria B6 and B20-006.[Conclusion] Trichoderma and endophytic bacteria have obvious synergistic effect against muskmelon wilt.
