Abstract
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to use microwave auxiliary extraction to extract hop polyphenol in order to provide the scientific basis for the industrial production of hop concrete.【Method】By means of single factor experiment, three main factors:the ethanol concentration, power of microwave and the microwave time were screened at fist. And these factors were optimized by using response surface methodology.【Result】Results of response surface analysis showed that the optimum conditions were as follqws:ethanol concentration 56%,the power of microwave 720 W,the microwave time 81 s.[Conclusion] Under this condition, polphenol of hop polyphends to 81.358 mg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
