Abstract
The petiole vascular bundles dividing process of Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc.was observed.The results show that three leaf traces divide from the vascular bundles of stem first,and combine into vascular cylinder at the base of petiole,then separate several vascular bundles into the petiole; the petiole vascular bundles combine again before separation into the three lobular,2 circular vascular cylinders become two side lobular petioles,the other vascular bundles separate into the middle lobular petiole.Similarly,before entering the middle lobular leaf shade,the vascular bundles of middle lobular petiole also need to combine into a vascular cylinder,then gradually divide into the middle lobular leaf shade and become the middle lobular leaf veins.
