Abstract

Pyroelectric material is one of the key sensitive materials of the uncooled infrared detectors. The sorts and research status at home and abroad of the pyroelectric materials used for the uncooled infrared detectors are introduced. The progress of research on the pyroelectric ceramic materials working at the dielectric bolometer mode is emphatically reviewed. Its development trend is pointed out.
