IEP Regimen in Treatment of 37 Cases of Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

To study the salvage treatment of relapsed or refractory intermediate-high aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Thirty-seven cases with relapsed or refractory intermediate_high aggressive NHL received chemotherapy of IEP regimen:ifosfamide(IFO)2g iv,gtt d1～4;etoposide(Vp_16)100mg iv,gtt d1～4, cisplatin(DDP)30mg/m2 iv,gtt d1～3,every 21～28 days. Assessment was given after 2 cycles.The overall response rate was 81.1%(30/37) and complete response rate was 35.1%(13/37),the partial response rate was 45.9%(17/37).The main toxicity was myelosuppression and alopecia. Leukopenia was observed in 83.8% of the patients, and grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ in 43.2%. Anenia and throbopenia was observed in 37.8% and 43.2% of the patients respectively, alopecia in 91.2%. Other side effects were uncommon.[Conclusions]IEP regimen is a salvage treatment for relapsed or refractory intermediate-high aggressive NHL.
