Abstract
This research tries to find a method that can determine the magnitude of thermal conductivity through the temperature information obtained from mold.And on the basis of this information,we try to find the regular pattern of thermal conductivity in static contact.The main conclusions of this research include:it is linear relationship between the thermal conductivity and the temperature in static contact,the thermal conductivity slowly increases with the increase of temperature,the main factors influencing the thermal conductivity is micro-case of contact between the mold and the workpiece.
