Abstract

Single-factor experiment is used in the production of ammonium sulfate through double decomposition of feed phosphogypsum,to examine the influences by reaction time, reaction temperature, feeding rate,liquid/solid ratio, material ratio [n(CO2-3)/n(SO2-4)] and agitator speed on the reaction.Through orthogonal experiment optimization, the optimum process conditions are determined: reaction time is 100min,reaction temperature is 45℃,agitator speed is 150 r/min,material ratio [n(CO2-3)/n(SO2-4)] is 1.15,liquid/solid ratio(mass) is 2.9,feeding rate is 36 g/min.Under the optimum process conditions, the average conversion rate of SO2-4 in the phosphogypsum is 98.98%.
