Abstract
Objective To investigate the coagulation promoting mechanism of a new type of organism coagulation promoting tube with tissue thromboplastin extracted from rabbit brain. Methods The tissue thromboplastin was extracted from rabbit brain organism coagulation promoting tube was produced. Then serum separating efficiency of coagulation tube was compared with that of common tubes. Results Organism coagulation promoting tube has high serum separating efficiency, and markedly shortens the time of serum separation(P0.05).Conclusion Organism promote coagulate tube′s capacity of promoting coagulation was carried out by activating extrinsic pathway of coagulation. Blood coagulation time was shortened by actived factors.
