Abstract
To determinate the effect of tobacco varieties on the activity of detoxification enzymes in Myzus persicae(Sulzer),the activity of carboxylesterase and glutothine-transferase of a laboratory population of M.persicae on 9 tobacco varieties were compared. The results showed that tobacco varieties have significant effects on the activity of both enzymes. The activity of carboxylesterase was higher in M.persicae on V2,Yunyan 87 and Hongda, but was lower on K346,K358 and G28.The activity of glutothine_transferase of M.persicae on 9 varieties was not significantly different.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
