Abstract

The color combination performance of trichromatic disperse dyes C.I.disperse orange 30,C.I.disperse blue 79 and C.I.disperse red 167 on PET fabric dyed in supercritical carbon dioxide were studied. The results showed that the dye up-take rate and built up properties of three dyes in supercritical CO2 dyeing were basically consistent with that in the aqueous dyeing, and had good compatibility. The dye yield of these three dyes on polyester fibers in combination dyeing was a bit lower than those in single dyeing.Because of the interactions among mixed dyes in supercritical CO2 dyeing, the introduction of corrective coefficient to revise Kubelka-Munk theory with single constant could reduce the deviation of theoretical K/S value and measured K/S value.
