Abstract
To further understand the characteristics of seasonal variation of phosphors species in lake surface water,the contents of phosphorus species in water of Changshou Lake were continuously monitored in July,2009(high-water period),November,2009(normal-water period),and March,2010(low-water period),and the correlations between phosphorus species and water quality parameters were also analyzed.The results showed that dissolved total phosphorus(DTP) was the main existing forms in total phosphorus(TP) in the lake water in the whole year.Dissolved orthophosphate(DP) was the main existing forms in DTP in high-water period and normal-water period,whereas dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP) was the main existing forms in DTP in low-water period.In general,the contents of TP and DTP in water of Changshou Lake during low-water period,high-water period,and normal-water period showed an order from high to low,while that of DP an order during high-water period,normal-water period,and low-water period.The significant correlations could be found between the contents of phosphorus species and dissolved oxygen(DO) and conductivity of the lake water,whereas no correlations with pH and permanganate index.
