A comparative study on urban construction in the medieval of Western Europe and in Han and Tang dynasties of China

Mainly from the aspects of the history of urban development,planning and construction characteristics,urban form,urban image and urban planning ideas and so on,it explores the characteristics of urban construction in the medieval of Western Europe and in Han and Tang dynasties,and then makes a preliminary comparison on the urban construction in the medieval of Western Europe and in Han and Tang dynasties,finally discusses causes of the differences of two different geographical cities construction under the same feudal society.Thus it has an important significance for building Chinese characteristic urban planning system.
