Abstract

Along with the deepening of structural reform in Chinese higher education,further transition from the elite to the mass-type education,the employment of college graduates is facing a serious situation,the employment environment has undergone profound changes,which are related to the nation,enterprises,institutions of higher learning,students,etc.This article discusses the employment situation of university students and the methods to strengthen the employment environment,which are just for reference purposes only.
