Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of early rehabilitation on the neurological deficit and daily living in hemiplegic patients from acute stroke. Methods 60 cases with acute stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, the rehabilitation group received the early rehabilitation training based on the conventional drug therapy;the control group received conventional drug treatment.NIHSS and ADL of both groups were evaluated after 35 days. Results NIHSS and ADL score showed obvious difference in both groups as compared to the value before the treatment(P0.05);the improvement of the indicators in the rehabilitation group was better than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation can effectively reduced the neurological deficit and improve activities of daily living in hemiplegic patients from acute stroke.
