Abstract

The research about Global Financial Governance is hot now.Then,the will of some special country and the equal will of all the countries in the world,which one should be focused in the processing of global financial governance on earth? There are always arguments about that similar idea in International Operation, that is,the arguments between Hegemonic Theory and Multilateralism Theory. This article will take preliminary discuss about the Hegemony and Multilateralism ideas in global financial governance from different perspective, and then further analyze which theory is more appropriate for global financial governance now.
