Abstract

Flash memory is popular in embedded system, for its high storage density, large storage room and low price. Preventing the illegal data using and data lost are two main problems with the data in embedded system. This paper proposes a new secure struc-ture of embedded file system based on flash memory in order to protect the data in the embedded system.
