Abstract

Wenling Democratic Talkfest has developed into an important form of grassroots democracy.In the view of participatory democracy,it is also a kind of democracy practice in China today.But there are still some deficiency in Democratic Talkfest.In this article we have recommended some specific ways to promot Chinese grass-roots democracy.
