Abstract

Proxy signature is a kind of special sinature scheme.It is invented to delegate signing capability efficiently and tran- sparently.In practice,this is important.Here,another scheme based on elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem(ECDLP)was proposed.New scheme has shorter key length and shorter signature length than the scheme based on Discrete Logarithm Problem and has the same security.
