Abstract

The test used the purified porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) recombinant nucleus capsid protein as the standard antigen of ELISA test,through optimizing all conditions of ELISA test,the indirect ELISA method for testing the antibody of PRSSV was established,this method had good specificity and reproducibility.
