Abstract
Study on the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on quality and yield of pepper fruits. The study showed that the content of VC and soluble sugar decreas e accompanied with more nitrogen fertilizer, yet accumulation of dry matter incr ease. The yield increased with certain nitrogen fertilizer.
