Abstract
Objective To investigate the biochemical indicators characteristics of the alcoholic fatty liver and non - alcoholic fatty liver and to enhance the rate of clinical differential diagnosis. Methods 283 cases of research subjects were divided into alcoholic fatty liver group and non - alcoholic fatty liver group, there were 57 cases in alcoholic fatty liver group and 226 cases in non - alcoholic fatty liver group, testing and analyzing the patients of two groups with serum triglyceride, cholesterol, uricacid, fasting - plasmaglucose, albumin, totalprotein, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate histidineaminotransferase, aspartate histidine aminotransferase/alanine aminotransferase, glutamyltransferase and other biochemical indicators. Results In alcoholic fatty liver group, the abnormal rate of aspartate histidineaminotransferase, aspartate histidine aminotransferase/alanine aminotransferase, glutamyltransferase, uricacid was 73.1%,35.1%,49.1%,59.6%.In non - alcoholic fatty liver group, the abnormal rate was 28.8%,12.4%,16.4%,31.4%.The abnormal rate in alcoholic fatty liver group was higher than that of non -alcoholic fatty liver group. Conclusion Aspartate histidine aminotransferase, aspartate histidine amin-otransferase /alanine aminotransferase, glutamyltransferase, uricacid and other indicators are to identify alcoholic fatty liver and non - alcoholic fatty liver effective diagnosis indicators.
