Abstract
The Commercial legislation at the end of Qing Dynasty is the outcoming of China′s modern capitalistic development,whose content is very rich.And it also has the character of copying western legislation,separating itself from china′s reality,meeting an contingency of the time and serving as a link between past and future.As resticted by the historical conditions,it has little influence in the reality.Howerver,it furnished a solid basis for the coming commercial legislation.In this respect,it set a land mark on the chinas legal history.
