Abstract

As a typical knowledge-intensive business service,it is necessary for us to think how to improve the competitive advantage by the development of software industrial cluster.Dynamism is the core of which obtains the sustained competitive advantage of industrial cluster and drive its development and formation.Traditional theory mainly explain formation and development of industrial cluster from economic、economic geography、sociology、strategic management. In fact the relation and interaction of each parts of industrial cluster is more important than industrial cluster itself. It is impossible for linear, static thinking that dominates science to explain the formation and development of industrial cluster. This paper consider industrial cluster as a complex adaptive system, explain the formation and evolution of software industrial cluster based on complex theory, put forward the formation factors, motive force, path of industrial cluster which supply good foundation for fostering industrial cluster.
