The usefulness of value is that objective attributes satisfy subjective needs,which exists only for human beings.The human value lies in value relations between man and society,including social value and self value.Only socialism can save and develop Chinais socialist value,that is,the usefulness of socialism which exists in value relations between socialism and Chinese society.Socialist core value is the usefulness of socialist ideology existing in the socialist value,its fundamental idea can be described in socialist core value.Within the range of socialist value,Chinese value is in line with socialist value,among which Chinese are value objects while Chinese society is value subject.The significance of constructing socialist core value will ensure the development direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics with socialist ideology.Socialist core value is about the substance,core,connotation and significance of the basic views about socialist core values,different from the concept of socialist value outlook.
