On Justice in Kant's Political Philosophy

The concept of Justice is one of the core concepts in Kant's political philosophy.This paper is to review Kant's understanding and idea about the concept,three characteristics of justice and the content of the principle of justice;it is also to clarify the relationship between his justice and freedom,and the necessity of transformation from natural justice to social justice,the application of the principle of justice in civil state.And the paper argues that Kant's three priori political principles of civil state——freedom,equality and independence are deducted from his principle of justice.At the end,the paper gives a brief comment on his justice and political thought.
