Analysis of Correlation between Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Glycosylated Hemoglobin and Blood Glucose Fluctuation

Abstract

Objective:To observe and analyze the relationship between glycated hemoglobin and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Randomly selected 108 cases from December 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital with type 2 diabetes,the use of enzymatic saccharification hemoglobin in the selected cases were detected,and then grouped according to the percentage of glycated hemoglobin,the blood glucose was detected by glucose testing system,observation and analysis of the fluctuation correlation glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose.Results:21 cases of glycosylated hemoglobin 7% of the patients,34 patients with hemoglobin 7%-10%,glycosylated hemoglobin above 10% of 25 patients through the observation of the detection results,with the index of the average blood glucose,blood sugar rises in the patients with the highest and lowest values were rising.Conclusion:Type 2 diabetic patients and blood glucose fluctuation are closely linked,glycated hemoglobin levels in patients with high blood glucose fluctuation degree is high,it can be used as an important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus.
