Abstract
The dominant bacteria of Cordyceps militaris in hot reason was inoculated in 10 media with different formulations and fruiting bodies with consistent morphological forms of wild Cordyceps militaris were obtained. The comparative results show that fruiting bodies in wheat-based medium grew best and in rice-based medium had highest conversion efficiency. The detection for biologically active substances shows that superoxide dismutase( SOD) content in the fruiting bodies was almost the same. The higher were the content of cordycepin and adenosine, the less the content of polysaccharide and Cordyceps acid.
