Abstract
Objective To explore the application of the HL7 standard in the laboratory information system.Methods We analyzed the HL7 standard protocol and message structure and programming laboratory instruments to communicate with the LIS interface.Results After the operation,we realized the two-way communication of results data and test project application information,combined with LIS specimen bar code management,we could significantly improve the efficiency of running.Conclusion Standardization of data exchange is the inevitable trend of development of the laboratory information system using the HL7 to save LIS development maintenance costs,and save the information exchange to ensure the reliability of data,and improve the work efficiency.
