On the Contributory Negligence for Guardians' Failing to Fulfill Responsibilities

Abstract
During the application of the rule,contributory negligence,there have always been disagreements,in both theory and practice,on whether it is suitable to apply the rule when guardians fail to fulfill their responsibilities.When teenager victims are able to distinguish the right from the wrong,we should approve their contributory negligence ability,confirm that their faults can be balanced with the inflictors' faults and thus deny the judicial convention that the inflictors' faults can be balanced with the guardians'.
