Abstract
Cleaning processes and steps forthe recycle cooling water systemin coking plant without stopping production operation were introduced. Because the pond for storing recycle water is made of concrete, chelatecleaner is adopted instead of organic acid cleaner. In order to clean the scale of system effectively, it would take much longer time to clean than that using organic acid cleaner.
