Abstract
In this paper,the basic theory of measurement error,through actual control of conventional observation and measurement accuracy of GPS control survey conducted comparison and analysis,both in the control plane measurement is accuracy,and in the elevation control measure,slightly higher than the standard of measurement accuracy GPS height control survey.
