Party Building for Students in Local College:Perspective of Issues and Innovation of Strategies

In the present situation of the development of socialist market economy in our country,the work of party building for college students faces many new challenges.There are new situations and new issues both in student level and school level:in student level,such as college students'individual differences,values,motivation to join the party and lack of initiative among student party members on theoretical learning;in school level,such as student management mechanism,work team of league and party,education of party member,which should be improved according to the combination with the actual situation of local college from the aspects of ideal and belief education,the innovation of management mechanism,the playing of party members'role among college students and the strength of the network construction.
