Abstract

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with omeprazole and mosapride citrate in treatment of functional dyspepsia.Method:190 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 95 cases. The observation group was given flupentixol and melitracen combined 1 tablet/d in morning, noon to add 1 tablet for poor sleep patient, omeprazole 20 mg,2 times/d,mosapride citrate combined 5 mg,3 times/d,treatment of 4 weeks. The control group was given omeprazole 20 mg,2 times/d,mosapride citrate combined 5 mg,3 times/d,treatment of 4 weeks.Dyspepsia symptoms were evaluated during visits before or 4 weeks after treatment. The clinical effects and the side effects of two groups were compared.Result:After 4 weeks treatment all symptoms had been improved, and symptoms scores were significantly decreased( P0.01). The observation group's average total score, the symptoms of significant efficiency and total effective rate significantly higher than those of control group, there were significant differences( P0.05).There was no significant differences in the side effects between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Antidepressant drugs with PPI and promote gastric motility drugs will advance the treatment effect of functional dyspepsia than that of PPI combine with promote gastric motility drugs. Flupentixol and melitracen combined with omeprazole and mosapride citrate in treatment of functional dyspepsia is efficiently and the side effects rates is lower.
