STUDY ON THE INVESTIGATION FOR STANDARDIZING GENERAL PRACTICE EDUCATION FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS

[Objective]To explore the pathways and measures of standardizing general practice education for medical students.[Methods]The cross-sectional investigation was implemented through the methods of cluster-stratified sampling.[Results]The rates of receiving general medical education for health personnel and medical students were 52.5% and 36.8%,respectively. There were different ways of general medical education for medical students,but they had similar understanding and cognition of receiving the major knowledge of general practice and education(P﹥0.05). The goal and contents of general practice education for medical students confirmed by the medical health personnel and medical students are basically identical;The main teaching methods of general medical education for medical students were on spot teaching methods. It should increase the interning time for general practice and requirement for the general practice education teachers.[Conclusion]General practice education and training should be improved.
