Analysis of urbanization impact on domestic demand in Anhui Province

The situation of urbanization and domestic demand in Anhui Province is introduced,and the micro-mechanism of effects of urbanization on domestic demand is investigated,meanwhile the interacting relationship between them is explored by the VAR model.According to the comprehensive analysis,urbanization has promoted the increase of domestic demands in investment and consumption.But the promoting results are different between investment and consumption demands.Urbanization is more powerful to drive investment demand than consumption demand,which leads to imbanlance of the domestic demand structure. Therefore,it is necessary to strengtnen artificial intervention on urbanization impact on domestic demand structure,so as to accelerate the transformation and upgrade of urbanization in Anhui Province.
