Abstract

An instrumentation amplifier was designed with chopper-stabilized technology.It was consist of auxiliary operational amplifier and main operational amplifier.The auxiliary operational amplifier with the demodulator lie in its internal provided a lownoise and low offset voltage to compensate for the main operational amplifier.It made the output stage being the main dominant pole without low pass filter.The whole bandwidth was decided by main operational amplifier.The circuit was designed under TSMC 0.35 μm 5V mixed-signal process.The simulation results show that the open-loop gain was 87.3dB,GBW was 12MHz and the CMRR was up to 117dB.
