Abstract
Current Administrative Procedure Law of our country stipulates that relative people can't take abstract administrative action into administrative procedure and which can be brought into indirectly judicial examination only when courthouses check concrete administrative action. But the defect of supervisory system of the abstract administrative action requires bringing it into the jurisdiction of administrative procedure. This paper gives some legal ways to deal with the administrative procedure of the abstract administrative action and analyses it's necessity and feasibility.
