China's reform of the medical system still has many problems,such as the medical system is not perfect,has the city and countryside dual differentiation condition;the medical service organizational reform market tendency deviated people's medical demand;the government medical service management system is not perfect,medical market disorder.The medical service organizational reform must relocate the government function.The following should be made clear:the primary goal of medical service,development of medical service system,rational investment,legal order of medical market,improvement of medical safeguard system,and the government's supervision over the medical service.
