The Research of College PE Teachers' Professional Identity

This article discusses the basis of developing the research of college PE teachers' professional identity from aspects of philosophy and pedagogy,analyzes the sources of college PE teachers' professional identity and thinks that the personal characteristics of teachers is the decisive factor of teachers' professional identity and social factors and education environment factors as an external factors of teachers' professional identity also has an important influence.And the article puts forward countermeasures to improve college PE teachers' professional identities.
