Abstract
Objective:To study clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on treating malignant tumor with DIC.Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=54) and control group(n=42).All the patients were given conventional treatment, and the patients in the treatment group received modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in addition. The changes of main symptoms were evaluated and the index of coagulation was monitored. Results:The main symptoms such as bleeding in the skin, time of symptom improvement in the treatment group were lower than those in control treatment(P0.05).The index of prognosis was better in the treatment group than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction may effectively treat malignant tumor with DIC.
