Abstract
Objective:To investigate the appling effect of hemihepatic blood flow occlusion on hepatectomy with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) .Methods:67 cases of patients with PHC who would taken hepatectomy were selected and divided into reseach group and control group, total hepatic blood flow occlusion were taken in control group and hemihepatic blood flow occlusion were taken in reseach group, volume of hemorrhage in operation, time of blood flow occlusion and liver function were contrasted between the two groups. Results:Volume of hemorrhage in operation were lesser and time of blood flow occlusion was longer in reseach group than in control group,in preoperation, level of Aspartate aminotransferase(AST) ,alanine aminotransferase(ALT) ,cholinesterase(CHE) and prealbumin(PA) was identical between the two groups,in first day and seven day after operations, level of AST and ALT was lower and level of CHE and PA was higher in reseach group than in control group. Conclusion:Hemihepatic blood flow occlusion on hepatectomy can extend time of blood flow occlusion, decreasing injury of liver functions.
