Abstract
In order to improve the effects of sugar wastewater treatment by photosynthetic bacteria, the influences of small molecules and trace elements on sugar wastewater treatment by photosynthetic bacteria are studied. Results show that: malic acid can significantly promote pollutants removal, and the corresponding COD removal rate can be increased from 20% to 85%;Fe and Zn is efficient in the sugar wastewater treatment by photosynthetic bacteria, and the COD removal rate increased from 85% to 95% and 90% respectively.Malic acid combined with Fe can increase the COD removal rate by 75%,which is remarkable.
