Abstract
This paper investigated the effect of different solvents, different concentrations of ethanol, different extraction temperatures, with different solid-liquid ratio, different extraction time, and different extraction times on the green tea catechin extracting rate. The results showed that: When using 80% ethanol concentration, extraction temperature in 70 ℃ ,solidliquid ratio 1 ∶ 15(W ∶ V) and the extraction time for 30 min and the extraction times by 2 times ,effect of extraction of green tea catechins reach to 98. 17% .
