Abstract
Products quality monitoring is an effective mean to guarantee the quality and safety of products in China,which is based on sampling techniques.Random sampling is a prerequisite to the quality of monitoring.This article was to give a concise and systematic review to the common methods and their applicability in sampling survey,and the R sampling programs were written to explore the realization of random sampling.The results showed that simple random sampling and systematic sampling can be realized directly through the R sampling functions,and before making stratified sampling,cluster sampling and multi-stage sampling,the data frames need to be constructed according to the characteristics of the populations.
