Abstract
The phase of higher education is the link between schooling and society for the young students.The development of their spirit of teamwork has a direct relationship with the future of themselves and the while nation.Higher education should attach importance to the study of the students spirit of teamwork,bring the students'families'factor into play and enhance the pertinence of developing the college students'spirit of teamwork.
